Hispania Racing have been given permission by the stewards to line-up on the starting grid in Monaco on Sunday.
Neither Tonio Liuzzi nor Narain Karthikeyan took part in Saturday's qualifying session.
Liuzzi's car was out of commission following his accident late in Saturday's final practice while Karthikeyan reportedly suffered a rear suspension failure.
And as this season's Championship saw the 107 percent rule return to F1, Karthikeyan was not sure whether they'll be allowed to race.
"If you take the times from morning practice then we are in but it is up to the stewards I guess," said the Indian driver.
The F1's rules state that any car that fails to set a time within 107 percent of the P1 time in Q1 will not be allowed to take part in the grand prix unless given special dispensation by the stewards.
However, Autosport reports that the stewards have decided they can race based on their times from the practice sessions.
